Why Kids Yoga?
Kids yoga has a mountain of benefits for children. Yoga introduces children to the concept of health & well being, it can assist kids who play sport to increase their strength, flexibility & coordination, & it can encourage a healthy, strong & positive body image.
And best of all.. Any one can join in!
"But I'm Not Flexible!"
When you think yoga a few words probably come to mind - flexibility, stretching, & breath. For those of you who might not be able to touch your toes, this can be very discouraging. I can’t tell you how many people tell me they can’t do yoga because they are not flexible, so they don’t try it.
Yoga is an ongoing personal practice so you can participate in a class at any level!
